eventPower can only take action on those data subject requests of individuals with a direct relationship to eventPower - for our customers, job applicants, employees/contractors or marketing recipients. As a B2B Software provider (data processor), we cannot address data subject requests for our client companies that are using our software for their own event management related programs. For these requests, we recommend that you reach out to the company or event producer directly.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information through a request made via this process. If you are a resident of other states such as Virginia, Colorado, Utah, and Connecticut, these states may or will provide similar consumer rights. We extend the same privacy choices to all users.
