Introduction

eventPower respects the rights of copyright holders and expects you, as a Customer of our Services, to do the same. eventPower complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”) and will, when properly notified as set forth below, promptly remove any content or material appearing on, or posted to, our Services (collectively referred to as “User Content”) that has been identified as infringing the copyright rights of another party.

eventPower reserves the right to terminate your access if you repeatedly post Content that eventPower is notified to remove under the DMCA. If you believe that eventPower has improperly removed Content that you have posted to this Site under the DMCA, you may file a counter notification with eventPower as set forth below.

Copyright Infringement Notification under the DMCA

To file a copyright infringement notification with eventPower under the DMCA, you, as the complaining party (the “Complaining Party”) must send a written notice to the designated agent identified below containing the following information.
  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  • Identification of the particular Content that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit eventPower to locate the Content.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit eventPower to contact the Complaining Party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the Complaining Party may be contacted.
  • A statement that the Complaining Party has a good faith belief that use of the particular Content in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the Complaining Party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Note: We may provide your contact information, including your name and email address, the name of the copyright owner who owns the right in question, and/or the contents of your letter/email to the person that posted the content you are reporting.
