Meet Kat
Kat has over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry, spanning across the globe from managing different accounts from Australia's top service telecommunications providers to collections accounts, insurance companies, and telecommunications companies in the United States. Kat has received numerous awards for her exceptional performance based on reliability and being a top performer. Kat is an IT undergraduate and is currently in her 4th-year of study. She joined the eventPower team in 2023 where she supports numerous clients and events in the customer support department.
