Meet Andrea
Andrea is an experienced software developer, driven by her love of technology and passion for using it to make life easier. As a Senior Developer at eventPower, Andrea's goals include creating an intuitive tool, writing clean test-driven code and coming up with innovative solutions to client requests. Andrea earned her degree from The Ohio State University and has worked in a variety of technology roles throughout the years including as a graphic designer and database administrator. When not coding, Andrea loves spending time with her three kids and the various farm animals her husband brings home.

What are some things you think everyone should try at least once in their lifetime? Why?
I think everyone should try traveling by themselves. You learn a lot about who you are, get out of your comfort zone, meet new people and have unique experiences.
What is your "go to" karaoke song?
Like any good Filipina, I LOVE karaoke! My usual go to song is "Papa Don't Preach" by Madonna. I also really like "Jar of Hearts" by Christina Perri.
What sports team do you root for?
THE Ohio State University :-)
What is your favorite thing to do in Las Vegas?
It's Vegas, and I can't pick just one so my ideal day would start by investing in a good all-day buffet so I can eat and drink all of the things. After that, I'd lay out by the pool at Mandalay Bay's Beach with frozen drinks and end the day with HH, a Cirque show.
