Attendee Consent
When an attendee provides their badge to an exhibitor to scan, we interpret that as consent for you to contact the attendee regarding your products or services. We view the Lead Retrieval scan similar to the attendee handing you their business card; providing a business card implies consent to contact and market.
Attendee Notification
Beginning May 2018, all eventPower managed registrations inform the attendee that Lead Retrieval services will be utilized. By providing their badge to an exhibitor to scan, they are providing consent to receive marketing communications from that exhibiting/sponsoring company. The specific text varies based on the event, but can be requested from the eventPower team if required.
Invalid Use of Attendee Data
Per the terms and conditions of your Lead Retrieval reservation with eventPower, you agree to use the attendee data only for your own marketing and communication purposes and not resell attendee data.
